The site was acquired in joint venture with Helical Bar plc. The Directors led the planning process and secured planning consent for 340 new student rooms and a 12,000 sq ft supermarket. The scheme was completed in 2013.

A dilapidated hostel on the east side of the transformed into a new student residence providing 360 study bedrooms for London School of Economics.

Site acquired and planning consent was secured for a 300 room hotel.

Site identified and several land interests acquired in partnership with a Family Office. Planning secured for a 65,000 sq ft new office scheme.

Site identified and purchased with a Private Equity partner. We gave strategic development advice, including leading the scheme formulation, securing vacant possession and providing funding advice. New 45,000 sq ft office building delivered and let to Microsoft.

Working with Delancey, several land interests were consolidated to produce a site for 100,000 sq ft new office and residential scheme.
